Breeze Residential Group regularly undertake extensive refurbishment programmes, succesfully fusing modern luxuries with the traditional features of period homes. Breeze Group work both on properties within their own portfolio and complete projects on behalf of private clients. Breeze Group purchased the site of a former Victorian hotel in Greenhithe village in 2004 and proceeded to secure planning for the erection of fourteen luxury apartments before selling the site on to Coniston Ltd, who completed development of the site in the summer of 2007.
