The Land & New homes department assisted by the residential sales and lettings teams, work closely with a number of the country's largest and most respected housebuilders as well as smaller more local firms. We have a great deal of experience in marketing a wide variety of new homes from the 'off plans' stage and pre-appraising rental values including yield calculations on a plot by plot basis to assist the developers own sales team when selling to investors.
We pride ourselves on our understanding of the target market for various styles of new property and share this expertise, often working closely with developers throughout the design and specification phases to ensure that the end product is suited to the buyer.
