Over what period can I take my new mortgage over?
Most mortgages are available over 5 year to 30 year terms and we will find the one most suitable for your circumstances. Some mortgages are available on extended terms up to 35 years.
How much deposit will i need?
Historically the minimum deposit required was 5%, however in light of the recent economic turmoil in the UK, lenders have removed the majority of their high loan to value products, 10% now being the minimum deposit acceptable across the majority of the market. Most lenders continue to offer the preferential rates to those putting in at least 25% deposit.

I have no proof of income, can i still get a mortgage?
In line with the major changes in the UK Financial Market, lenders have now removed ‘self certification’ mortgages where no proof of income was required. Lenders however will now include income such as, tax credits and other state benefits, maintenance and various forms of investment income which they previously were not prepared to accept. If in doubt as to what might be acceptable please book and appointment to see one of our advisers today.

Are you tied to any lender or life company?

Will you charge me a fee for arranging my mortgage?
Breeze Financial reserve the right to charge a fee up to 1% for the arrangement of prime and up to 2% for the arrangement of sub prime mortgages, however this is normally offset by commisions paid to Breeze Financial by the lender. Details of any fees, if due will be disclosed at an early stage and agreed with you prior to any application being made. If you do not get your new mortgage, then you will not have to pay any fees at all.
